L\u00e6s videre, og f\u00e5 svar.<\/p>\n<h1>Hvorfor har du brug for sportsmassage?<\/h1>\n<hr \/>\n<p>N\u00e5r musklerne arbejder, afgiver de affaldsstoffer i form af m\u00e6lkesyre, kultveilte og urinstof. Musklerne arbejder, selvom du sidder stille \u2013 fx n\u00e5r du sidder foran computeren. Affaldsstofferne ledes naturligt bort fra musklerne via blodkredsl\u00f8bet og lymfesystemet. Men hvis der ophobes for mange affaldsstoffer, kan kroppen ikke f\u00f8lge med, og musklen bliver tr\u00e6t, stiv og \u00f8m.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan risikere at din krop ophober for mange affaldsstoffer, hvis du sidder\u00a0stille time efter time\u00a0fastl\u00e5st foran\u00a0computeren. Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re, at du\u00a0tr\u00e6ner lidt for h\u00e5rdt. G\u00f8r du det, bliver dine muskler tr\u00e6tte, stive og \u00f8mme p\u00e5 grund af de mange affaldsstoffer.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r din krop er tr\u00e6t, stiv og \u00f8m kan du ikke pr\u00e6stere p\u00e5 samme niveau, som hvis din krop var klar og frisk. Derfor kan sportsmassage v\u00e6re din genvej til at genvinde fleksibilitet og mobilitet.<\/p>\n<p>Sportsmassagen l\u00f8sner og bl\u00f8dg\u00f8r nemlig dine muskler. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kan du nemmere udf\u00f8re dine fysiske aktiviteter. Herudover hj\u00e6lper sportsmassagen ogs\u00e5 de ophobede affaldsstoffer v\u00e6k.<\/p>\n<p>Sportsmassage forbedrer ogs\u00e5 blodcirkulationen og dermed ogs\u00e5 blodforsyningen til hudens celler. Forskning viser, at massage p\u00e5virker kroppens biokemi ved at udl\u00f8se stoffer, der d\u00e6mper stress og lindrer smerter. Bliv klogere p\u00e5,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitliving.dk\/sund-og-slank\/sund-livstil\/hvad-sker-der-i-kroppen-nar-du-har-for-travlt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hvad der sker i kroppen, n\u00e5r du har for travlt.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Forskere har fundet ud af, at blide ber\u00f8ringer \u00f8ger m\u00e6ngden af hormonet oxytocin. Oxytocin\u00a0er et hormon, som fremmer afsp\u00e6nding, ro og hvile, blandt andet ved at s\u00e6nke aktivitetsniveauet i hjernen.<\/p>\n<p>Huden er vores st\u00f8rste sanseorgan. Den er fyldt med celler som registrerer temperatur, tryk og smerte. Cellerne er ogs\u00e5\u00a0f\u00f8lsomme ved blid ber\u00f8ring \u2013 og netop langsom og blid ber\u00f8ring frig\u00f8r oxytocin, som fremkalder en f\u00f8lelse af velbehag.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.netdoktor.dk\/nyheder\/9-vigtige-grunde-til-at-kramme.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">L\u00e6s mere om\u00a0hormonet oxytocin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1>Hvordan skelner man \u00f8mme muskler fra skader i musklerne?<\/h1>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Det er en ganske normal reaktion at f\u00e5 \u00f8mme muskler efter tr\u00e6ning \u00a0\u2013 og\u00a0 ganske ufarligt. \u00d8mheden forsvinder af sig selv efter nogle dage, og man bliver helt frisk igen.<\/p>\n<p>Under tr\u00e6ning nedbryder du muskelfibre.\u00a0Det er en del af tr\u00e6ningsprocessen, og det er n\u00f8dvendigt for, at\u00a0kroppen bliver st\u00e6rkere. Under restitutionen\u00a0genopbygger kroppen sig selv, og efter restitution\u00a0vil musklerne v\u00e6re lidt st\u00e6rkere og lidt mere udholdende, end de var f\u00f8r tr\u00e6ningen.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis man f\u00e5r skader i musklerne, vil det ofte give st\u00e6rke smerter samtidig med, at bev\u00e6geligheden vil v\u00e6re betydeligt reduceret. Smerterne vil ofte f\u00f8rst blive mindre efter nogle dage. Ved mange typer af muskelskader vil man ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5 h\u00e6velse n\u00e6r skaden, hvilket aldrig forekommer ved almindelige &#8220;tr\u00e6ningssmerter&#8221;.
