De fleste mennesker bruger faktisk n\u00e6sten en tredjedel af deres tid i sengen. Du skal s\u00f8rge for at v\u00e6lge den type seng, der er bedst egnet til din krop. Derudover skal du s\u00f8rge for at v\u00e6lge den rigtige st\u00f8rrelse. Er du en meget h\u00f8j person, s\u00e5 kan du overveje at k\u00f8be en seng, der er 210cm lang fremfor 200cm.
